U.S. Shipping Rates

We offer free U.S. shipping on all orders of $150 or more. Eternal Youth Membership orders receive free U.S. shipping regardless of order value. Standard U.S. shipping is $8 for non-membership orders below $150.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Lumis Skincare is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from our website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

Shipping & Delivery Issues

• Lost packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at christal@lumisskincare.com within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.
• Damaged in transit: If your product arrives damaged, email us a photo of the damage and we will send a replacement immediately at no charge.
• Wrong item received: If you receive the wrong product, contact us and we will ship the correct item with expedited shipping at no cost.
